How long until the new play area can be used?

New rubber mulch should cure after 24 hours, however, we recommend that you allow 72 hours to pass before making the play area accessible to ensure total safety. Before they leave, your installers will be able to give you all the aftercare and information required to guarantee your new play area lasts.

How long will the new play area surface last?

We only install surfacing using the best materials and techniques, so we guaruntee that the surface we install for you will stand the test of time.

Can I have a consultation before making a commitment to a new surface?

Understanding that the work we do is permanent, we offer a free consultation to all customers. This allows you to ask any questions you may have whilst our team can familiarise themselves with the space and its surroundings, allowing for complete clarity moving forward.

How long will it take to lay the new surface?

This will be dependent on the size of the project, and whether any groundworks are required beforehand. However, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium service in a timely manner, which takes around 5 days to complete on average.

					We had our old gravel driveway replaced with a new resin surface. My wife is disabled so the change was very helpful to us. It looks much nicer than before too. 					Excellent work. Great communication. Highly recommend. We had a large resin drive from Surelay UK and are very happy with the result. The team arrived as planned and worked tirelessly to get the job done. From the breaking up of the old concrete drive, to the clearing up at the end, their work was neat and tidy. The communication from their offices (thank you, Alex) to the guys on site (thank you, Andy and Sorin) was excellent, keeping us informed of the progress and next steps along the way. They were all very professional and we felt very confident that they would give us the result we were after. Which they did. It was good to use a well established company - when you look into having this type of work done, there are many other companies that have only been around for a very short time: how good’s your guarantee going to be with them? I can not recommend this company enough.
