FAQ's

  • Can I have a consultation before making a commitment to a new patio?

Understanding that the work we do is permanent, we offer a free consultation to all customers.

This allows you to ask any questions you may have whilst our team can familiarise themselves with the space and its surroundings, allowing for complete clarity moving forward.

  • Will the material I choose affect how long my patio lasts?

We only install surfacing using the best materials and techniques, so we guarantee that your driveway will stand the test of time.

  • How long will it take to lay my patio?

This will be dependent on the size of your project and whether we’re required to perform ground works in preparation.

However, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium service in a timely manner, which takes around 5 days to complete on average.

  • How long until I can use my new patio?

This depends on the material you choose and the time of year, however we generally recommend that you wait 24 hours before walking on your new surface.

Whichever material you choose, your installers will be able to give you all the aftercare and information required to ensure your new patio lasts.
