FAQ's

  • Can I have a consultation before making a commitment?

Understanding that the work we do is permanent, we offer a free consultation to all customers.

This allows you to ask any questions you may have whilst our team can familiarise themselves with the space and its surroundings, allowing for complete clarity moving forward.

  • Will the material I choose affect how long the surfacing lasts?

We only install surfacing using the best materials and techniques, so we guarantee that the end product will stand the test of time.

  • How long will it take to install the surface?

This will be dependent on the size of your project and whether we’re required to perform ground works in preparation.

However, we pride ourselves on delivering a premium service in a timely manner, working well with construction companies to complete projects on time.

  • How long until the new surface can be used?

This depends on the material you choose and the time of year, however we generally recommend that you wait 24 hours before walking on your new surface and 48 hours before driving on it.

Whichever material you choose, your installers will be able to give you all the aftercare and information required to ensure your new patio lasts.
